Over the last few days I have made new versions of several packages
which majorly clean up the way the tests are run.  A more-standard
SUnit way of launching the test suite can now be employed.

Old way:

   MagmaTestCase fullSuite maDebug

New way:

  MagmaTestCase suite debug

(1.4) still uses the old way -- these latest packages can be merged
simply by installing the (head) release from SqueakMap.
