I just check in a Squeak 4.5 image. There is a FFT class and also a
FWT class (Fast Wavelet Transform).
As Squeak image is under the MIT Licence, we can extract them and try
to port them in last version of SciSmalltalk.
Apparently there is also a FFT plugin.
I made an issue about this if someone want to investigate:
