I noticed that the .lnk file in the PharoOneClick downloaded from the ci.pharo-project.org does not work and - correct me if I am wrong - this is most because Windows shortcut files (.lnk) do not allow relative paths (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3418541/how-do-i-create-a-shortcut-lnk-with-a...

I expect a windows user to be more satisfied with a typicall installer that also set up program group, ...
and allows also to uninstall. And this installer download is also smaller than the OneClick since Linux/Mac VMs are not necessary.
I don't think we need to have a full blown installer......
