#253 implement #closeWith: in standard client code to be compatible with server-side changes needed for minimal tode client -- namely support for continuing in debugger and returning control to client thread that initiated the call ... probably should bump the wire protocol version; when running with a console we don't want the client process to block, but would be nice to handle debugger cleanly
