- Issue 1940: More ImageSegment cleaning
        - remove #fixCapitalizationOfSymbols
        - remove TTCFontSet  code from #comeFullyUpOnReload:
        This even fixes a cycle dependency between ImageSegment and Multilingual
        - the following implementors were moved to category *System-Object Storage:
                *startUpFrom:
                *saveImageSegments:
                *areThereImageSegments
                *rootStubInImageSegment:
    *scanFromNoCompile: aStream forSegment: anImageSegment
