updates files backup
I just added
https://github.com/PharoProject/pharo-update
to track our updates files,
like that it should become easier in the future to manage the update process.
For now the repository will simply mirror the contents of
http://pharo.gforge.inria.fr/updates/pharo2.0/

yes, my bad, I just renamed the project, not a big fan of camelCase in urls :P
