updates files backup

Camillo Bruni-3
I just added https://github.com/PharoProject/pharo-update to track our updates files,
like that it should become easier in the future to manage the update process.

For now the repository will simply mirror the contents of http://pharo.gforge.inria.fr/updates/pharo2.0/

yes, my bad, I just renamed the project, not a big fan of camelCase in urls :P
