during ESUG, Stephane refactor the packages in order to have something modular.

You can load the last version of SciSmalltalk by doing:

Gofer new
    url: 'http://www.smalltalkhub.com/mc/SergeStinckwich/SciSmalltalk/main';
    configurationOf:'SciSmalltalk';
    loadVersion:'0.35'.
