[vw7.4] CP1250 font problem

Hi all,
I tried to make my czech locale working on VW7.4 but had only partial
success. It works well on Linux. On Windows there is a font issue.
It seems to me that VW is served with CP1252 fonts only. Unfortunately
to display testing sentence "Příliš žluťoučký kůň úpěl ďábelské ódy."
CP1250 font is required.
Can I get a hint where to dig?

Try after loading the parcel "AllEncodings" (with prereqs) in
/preview/Unicode ...
