[vwnc] [7.6][BUG] Couple of errors loading/starting latest Seaside

I was trying to load latest Seaside and it failed during load trying to initialize SeasideServer because name resolution wasn't available (referent inaccessible). If you proceed through the error, you won't be able to start SeasideServer, because it'll have a hostname string in place of expected 4 bytes for an IP address. See attached seaside.txt and seaside2.txt,
