[vwnc] [7.6][BUG] Error renaming package after file-in

In clean visual.im,

1. File in PackageA.st
2. File in PackageB.st
3. Rename PackageA to PackageC
4. Confirm changing prerequisites
5. Witness the error (stack.txt)

This is just one side effect of a larger problem where package
properties contain immutable objects after the file-in, or in this case
various prerequisite arrays.
