[vwnc] [7.6] IconConstants should not store nil icons

It would help a bit if Icon class>>constantNamed:put: did not allow one
to pass nil in place of an actual icon, because currently if you were to
place nil there by accident Icon class>>eraseCaches would blow up
miserably...

store repository.
Simply load the 'seaBreeze' bundle into a VisualWorks 7.6 image, and
read the SeaBreeze-Documentation (a build-in application).
