[vwnc] [7.6] SQL Server varchar(max) support?

Boris Popov, DeepCove Labs (SNN)
Attached is a modified database example script that demonstrates the
effects of trying to fetch data from a varchar(max) column in SQL Server
2005 via SQL Server Native client,

I should point out that these (max) type variants are replacing LOBs in
future versions of SQL Server, so I would lobby to support them as soon
as possible,

Cheers!
