[vwnc] Calling Windows Function "SetWindowLongPtr"

I am trying to call Windows function "SetWindowLongPtr"
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms644898(VS.85).aspx from
Win32SystemSupport. I fail doing this, probably due to lack of
understanding of how DLLCC works.

Has anyone created a method to access SetWindowLongPtr that they can share?
