Connecting to store.cincomsmalltalk.com... Could not open connection to the host, on port 5432: connect failed I checked the firewall; packets are leaving my side just fine and all seemed to be working on Friday. Cincom Headquarters, which is where the public repository is
located, has been having issues with their ISP today.
