[vwnc] Digital signatures for XML?

Hi all,
  I am looking into digitally signing XML documents, aka 'xmldsig'.

Is anybody here aware of a VW implementation of XML signing we could use?
Or just a solution for the hard/tedious subset of this problem, the XML
canonicalization?

Are there any external libraries I should have a look at? (Need to run
on MsWindows)
