[vwnc] Does anybody knows the AR number for the Resolutions: 95300, 95301 and the state of it ?

In Vista, drawing a rectangle causes the rectangle to be black,
preventing the user from seeing what's beneath the rectangle.

As a workaround:

Change the Vista setting Enable Desktop Composition to *unchecked* to
make the problem go away.

Also it was noted that the problem does appear if the screen color depth
set up to the 32 bit VW 16.

It is AR 55507, fixed in 7.7.
