[vwnc] Host Printing on Windows ...

One of the things it appears I cannot do it tell the print-dirver things.
Things like
    - paper size
    - paper tray

Has anyone figured out what can be done??

There was a package in the Contributed which did help with that.  I
think it's name is GHWindowsPrinterSettings
