(J2EE)/C#(.Net) over a 6-15 years period is expected. Willingness to learn the
new platform of Smalltalk and excel with it is pre-requisite.
Smalltalk skills of expert levels, displayed in various projects in the past
will be an asset.
Understanding of the financial domain will be considered an advantage or past
ability in learning domain knowledge pro-actively needs to be exhibited.
Baseline is the engineer's past ability in any other platforms/languages which
exceeds the average ability.
Keen intellect and willingness to think out of the box will be appreciated.
The remuneration will be commensurate to the skills and ability of the
individual.
Educational qualification of B.Tech and Masters in CS will be preferred.
