Recently I came across the interesting issue. Every time User in Mexico
tries to switch his language to default
as in " Locale setDefault" .
He is presented with the dialog: 'Could not find locale: ECM. Using C
locale instead.'.
After a bit of digging it turned out that his version of Windows is set
to the variant of Spanish locale ( Mexican Spanish), so it returns the
#ECM instead of #ECN .
Does anyone have built the Mexican Spanish Locale and willing to share it ?
