[vwnc] Magic keys

Hi,

Please find enclosed a fix for MagKeys under VW7.7.

It was impossible to define new keys probably due to some house cleaning things.

Dear Maarten,
this is fixed in VW7.7 in AR 58395 "MagicKeys trivially broken by
removal of altCharacterKey: & metaCharacterKey:" (integrated into the 16
October 2009 build, so after the 2 October 2009 build where you saw it).
