[vwnc] Magritte

Hello all
Is Magritte loadable form the public repository? If so, is there some prerequisite I am missing. It fails to get past the license with Date does not understand #current.
I have looked high and low for the package with that extension but I can only find DateAndTime>>current.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
