I'm looking for a few good testers. Qualifications:
1) Able to get packages from the Open Repository 2) Running on one OSX platform or another. Particularly interested in PPC machines, as well as 10.4 and 10.6 installs. 3) Using VW 7.6 or later What to do: (if you're a command line hacker, unzip the attached in your app's Contents directory and ignore steps 1 thru 6) 1) Save the attached file to a temporary easy to get at spot (desktop maybe?) 2) Use finder to navigate to your visual.app of choice (found in your {install}/bin/macx folder usually). 3) Use the context specific menu to "Show Package Contents" of the visual.app 4) Dive into the 'Contents' folder 5) Move the Frameworks.zip file from #1 into the 'Contents' folder 6) Double click it to unzip it there. It should now be parallel to the Resources and and MacOS folders. 7) Fire up VisualWorks and load the package CairoGaphics, version '99 + Spike 2" 3) Print/Inspect the following expression in a workspace: LibCairo libraryVersion One of two things is expected to happen. Either you get '1.8.8' back. Or you get some sort of "could not load library" error. If you could report back to me (don't need to reply to list, just to me is fine) which of those two you got AND what version/configuration of OSX you are running, I would much appreciate it.
