[vwnc] Printing non-standard paper sizes ...

Using host printing, windows.

I know you can open the printer and ask it for the paper size.
But what if you know you want say LEGAL size, anyone know
of any way to tell the printer?

If I print LEGAL from Word, it tells the printer and the printer,
if it does not have legal loaded, asks for it.

 From VW if I just print "larger" than LETTER, it just drops the
bottom few lines and prints on LETTER (assuming the printer is
set for LETTER).

???
