[vwnc] SMALLCom keyboard focus issue

Hello,

We are having some trouble with SMALLCom components in our UI. We are currently incorporating a mediaplayer into our application and the following occurs. There is a slider to indicate position in the current media file and when this slider is clicked to skip to a position something goes wrong with the keyboard focus. After using the slider all keyboard input seems to be ignored (for this window only). This is a problem as the window also contains various components pertaining to our application that require editing input fields and using keyboard shortcuts. Mouse input still works fine.

Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this and how we might be able to solve it?
