[vwnc] Signing the VW aapplications ?

Hello all.

Didi anybody successfully sign the VW based applications?
I know that VW.exe from 7.6 distribution came signed.

What I need to know are two things:

a. Where did anybody including Cincom  people get their certificate for
the signing ?
b. What tools do they use for it ?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
