[vwnc] Spawn method does not zoom the text pane

Several versions ago when you spawned a method the text pane would

zoom now it does not. After some investigation I found that the method

Refactory.Browser.RefactoringBrowser class>>openOnEnvironment:type:state:hierarchy:

attempts to make sure the pane is zoomed but it seems that it does

the opposite, at least on Win XP.

I found out that if the reduntant code to zoom the pane is removed

then it works as one would expect.
