[vwnc] Stcad

It looks like the Stcad parcel in "contributed/stMath" directory  
relies on GF-ST before it was moved to namespace Polymorphic.
Is it possible to change the Stcad parcel code to inherit from classes  
prefixed by "Polymorphic" ?

   thanks for pointing this out.  I have discussed with Aik-Siong Koh,
got the latest StCAD from his site and updated it to load OK in 7.7 (and
to work there AFAICT - I've done minimal testing).  The new version will
be in today's build.  See parcel comments, the readme and
INSTALLATION.txt for info.

I assume the latest version from the site
   http://www.ar-cad.com/products/stcad.html
would run OK in older VW versions.  The VW distribution's version has
not been updated for a long time;  I think it last worked OK in VW7.1 !

I will work with Aik-Siong Koh to resolve some prereq complexities that
are not showstoppers but mean you need to stick to his loading procedure

Travis' new tool is useful when addressing these.  He may put up a new
version on the site after 7.7 is released.
