[vwnc] Toolbar Usage

I'm trying to gather some information about the current VisualWorks  
IDE toolbars. I can stat how I use them (which is rarely), but not how  
you do. I've put together a little logging module called  
'ToolbarUsage', that modifies the IDE so that it records which toolbar  
buttons are pressed when. It's attached in parcel form. It's also  
available in the Open/Public Repository. It works on any window opened  
_after_ you load the tool. It will write a log called toolbarUsage.txt  
to your working directory. I am grateful to anyone who is willing to  
send me back the log file after a day or so of usage.
