[vwnc] Web submit button's occurring twice for IE ...

For IE (6 & 7 anyway) I seem to be seeing two instances
of "post" for each button press.

This does NOT occur in firefox/chrome/safari.

The session-id string is identical, and the other data seems
identical.

Anyone have any ideas??
