[vwnc] Workspace Do it/Print it/Inspect it Wrapping Issue

Joerg had noticed today that "Do it/Print it/Inspect it" pick up text to
the left edge of the window even if it that "line" is actually just a
tail end of a longer line that got wrapped around. See attached
screenshots where wrap.png shows a resized window from nowrap.png and
Print It results from both. Is this behavior intentional?
