[vwnc] XML Signature and Encryption

Hello,

How far is VW currently with support for XML signatures and encrypting
of XML documents (by the XML-Sig and XML-Enc standards)?

While both XML an crypto support is in place for a while in VW, one
would expect that so important function as XML Signature will be there
already. What are plans on that field in the future?
