[vwnc] [bug report] Loading a parcel confuses package selection

Hi

1. Open a package browser and select 'Tools-HoverHelp'.
2. Open parcel manager and load FileDifferator.
3. Look at browser and notice that the package list show the packaqe before
   'Tools-HoverHelp' package is highlighted even though the class list pane shows
   the contents of the 'Tools-HoverHelp' package.
