[vwnc] crystal reports and visualworks smalltalk

About 5 years ago we were using crystal reports via com from VisualWorks with great success even integrating a report viewer itself with help from SmallCOM/X in a prototype. I'm not sure if crystal still provides similar interfaces, but I wouldn't automatically discount com as an option. VisualWorks also comes with .NET connect.
