[vwnc] how can I hide the transcript ?

Hi list,

I'm trying to do a simple thing, yet I can not find the correct way to do
it.
I'd like to programatically hide or close the Transcript window and then save the image.
Is that possible ?
Which is the correct way to close the Transcript with a script avoiding the
menu to ask me if I want to save the image?
Can I save the image with no window opened or there must be one?
