[vwnc] patch for AR 52294?

The VW 7.6 fixed_ars.txt file says:
...
52294   Remove overridden does not update change set
...

Yet I still see that problem in visualnc.im:
        VisualWorks® NonCommercial, 7.6 of March 3, 2008

Anyone know if it's really fixed in 7.7? Or if there's a patch for 7.6?
