vwnt has stopped working

A user is seeing this at image start up …

When I run it the image it is fine.

What is this error telling me?

Mike,

This means the VM crashed. Try using a shortcut and adding –xq command line parameter, it should then create a stack.txt file on termination, which might contain clues as to what caused the failure.
