what is NewDebugger?

Is it moose specific or pharo a configuration for pharo ?
Is it the debugger with icons?

Thanks so do we remove the configuration dependencies ? (I do not like that because we are losing the dependencies - I hope that in new Pharo we will get better on that).

NewDebugger is a terrible name for the model of the debugger (context, session, actions, filters). It was developed in the context of GTDebugger, but now it is already integrated in Pharo.
