where did Store.Package come from?

I'm trying out vw7.10-CST13_jul12.3 starting from a fresh image and bringing in all our code and pre-requisites.
I've loaded StoreForPostgreSQL and am attempting to run a custom loader on our company repository and get the eror: The identifier Store.Package has no binding. I notice our previous images had Store-Base/Store II/StoreForGlorpVWUI/Package but my newly built images on vw7.10 do not.
I suppose I have missed loading something.
Does anyone know what I should load to get Store.Package? Or has something changed with Store requiring code changes?
