Hi,
I am not sure what you did, but for me the followings worked just fine: 1. Download Pharo 1.3 Core https://pharo-ic.lille.inria.fr/hudson/view/Pharo/job/Pharo%20Core%201.3/196/artifact/PharoCore-1.3.zip 2. Load: Gofer new squeaksource: 'PharoTaskForces'; package: 'ConfigurationOfRPackage'; load. (Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfRPackage) perform: #loadDefault. I just tried on a 1.3 core and it loads well.

I did what was said in the class comment and it was wrong.
I'm sorry but I cannot remember which magic expressions each single config has so I use comment for that. There is nothing to be sorry about. Ok, you found a bug. In this case, you report it and it gets fixed. Getting upset helps nobody.
