#writeOnLoad: in wrong class

Unfortunately #writeOnLoad: is implemented in WARender [2.7a1], a bit too  
far away from the document level, so it does append *HTML* onLoad  
independent of the actually rendered document type :(

Attached is a fix. I attempted to report on mantis but there's no seaside  
category or project?
