MetacelloConfigurationBrowserPane is another strange bird.

The list of available repositories lives here. I guess it started life there before I bugged everyone to make it configurable, but now seems like an odd entry point.

Also, the repos are kept and passed around as strings... ewww. Why not at least URLs if not MCXyzs

- Use RemotesManager instead of raw string editor
- Allow addition of multiple repos at once
