[OT] Scintilla

Does anyone know where/how to find a list of the key bindings for the Scintilla
control ?  E.g. Ctrl+T seems to swap two lines (or something like that).  I
can't find anything on www.scintialla.org, nor do they show up in the Help=>Key
bindings list for a Workspace.
