The process is working well. Someone introduced a small error into the
system, another person noticed it, a third person fixed it, and a fourth
person applied the fix. All of that took place in less time than it
might have taken the first person to even notice the error. Also,
a Mantis report was opened and closed, so the issue was documented in
case it had turned out to be something that needed more follow up.
