3.10alpha Process Browser weirdness

Hi,

In 3.10alpha on Linux,
        open Process Browser -> event tickler ->on:do: method
I get a pop-up stating that handlerActive appears to be unused, but
handlerActive is set to true in this method.

The error also occurs on 3.9.

Is this a bug? .. Subbu
