3.9a6724 with method properties/pragmas

Hi,

A version with the next iteraltion on properties/pragmas is available:

I want to do some more testing and implement the fast #who before
announcing it more widely.

And, we need to do something about space: 19.4mb is too big.
A lot of that comes from the changesets history... without that, it's  
ca.
14.6, 4.6MB larger then the 3.8treated the same, which is quite a lot,
too. So how can we shrink it?
