4.6 release update

Just an update:  I think its obvious at this point that we won't be
releasing on 4/30.  This is fine because development has been very
active on both the image and VM side's lately.  Once this wave settles
down, we'll be at a place to gather up a great release-candidate image
and bang on it for a month before releasing.  We could try to shoot
for 5/31 but, realistically, it will probably be into June before we
actually get it out the door.

I’m perfectly fine with this idea. Some very good improvements have been offered and it would be nice to get them into the next release.
