[ANN] 3.8.2 alpha

Hi all,

the updates for 3.8.2 alpha are now on the server.
I would like to move the release to 3.8.2 final next week.

I use them in my production image (Database with mysql, morphic), no
negative effects.

But I don't use Semaphore related things.

Hmm, somehow my updates vanished from the updates.list file???

I added them back in, but maybe I'm violating some protocol on how do to
this?
