[ANN] Boot strapping classes

Hi,

For building MetaclassTalk and its explicit metaclass kernel, I had to
boot strap a class, i.e. make it instance of it self.
For this purpose, I made the BootStrappedClasses package. It supports
saving/loading bootstrapped classes from Montciello.
