[ANN]BrowserBooster updated with window management features

Hi,

These new features are useful if you happen to use several browsers at the same time ;-).

They are bound to shortcuts by default:

ctrl-1: close top window

ctrl-2: open window menu

ctrl-3: maximize/unmaximize window

ctrl-4: minimize window

ctrl-6: find window menu

ctrl-7: "exposé" for the current "application" (ie all windows of the same type)

ctrl-8: "exposé" for all windows

ctrl-9: previous window

ctrl-0: next window
