[ANN][Dev-Images] December 2008 versions

Hi,

I've just uploaded new dev and web images based on
Squeak3.9.1-7075, Squeak3.10.2-7179 and Pharo0.1-10158.

Changes in this version:

- Pharo images are based on version 10158
- Pharo-based images now includes both Nile and OB-Tools
- Polymorph (formerly UIEnhancements) has been updated
- Here are the changes to the OmniBrowser from the never sleeping

 - Drag&Drop in package tree
 - Manually reorganizing package order in tree
 - Test execution status (passed, failed/error, progess) visible in
browser (thanks to Simon Denier) (only for Pharo)
 - Alt-f in text panel to search for a class
 - Moved "special" icons to OB-Enhancements, they are not part of
standard OB anymore

 Minor improvings, corrections:
 - Bugs related to package tree fixed
 - Fix for unpackaged categories
 - Fix in method category filter
 - Refactoring of code
